What do I need to bring?

Yourself, a mat and a towel.

In which outdoor setting will our workout take place?

Your training sessions will occur in a enclosed backyard with turf flooring, surrounded by trees. Feel free to train with shoes or go barefoot—embracing the barefoot training experience is something we highly encourage at NP.

What if I can't make all the sessions?

We want you to do the entire challenge, we know that may be hard there is a 12 and 18 session package. So you can choose smaller package if you can only make 2 sessions a week.

Is the class still held during adverse weather conditions?

We reserve the right to cancel the session up to an hour before in case of severe inclement weather. However, please note that we will proceed with the workout in light rain unless it escalates to heavy rains.

Parking

Please park on the street on Woodlawn or Spring Valley Rd. Please be careful to not block anyone's driveway and do not double park at the end of the road.
